We went to Dr. Haynes on Dec 17th for her 2 month appt where we got her measurements, they are:
Height: 21 inches
Weight: 9 lbs 4 oz
The doctor was a little concerned about her head circumference because it's in the 52 percentile when her height and weight is in the 13th and 14th percentile. We told her that Maeve's cousins have big heads as well and she said that it was good to know that but lets have her head remeasured in a month to see how it's growing so we are heading back in on Jan. 17th to get it remeasured just in case. Fun Fun!!!!
We aren't too worried because Parker and Piper both had this type of issue :)
Little Miss Maeve mostly slept through Christmas but we did get this cute picture of her. She is looking at me like I am crazy, so basically she's already got me figured out.
We are counting our blessings daily, she is so much fun to be with. Now she is really starting to coo and laugh at you. She really likes to talk to her daddy and seems to think the word Ballerina is really funny. Maybe that is what she will be when she grows up, who knows. She also loves to kick her legs (we call them crazy legs) and look at her hands and feet. She has also just discovered she has ears and really likes to hang on to them at night when she is eating or getting tired. She is also starting to sleep through the night, hallelujah!!!! Can't wait to see what's next on this adventure.
